Cadence of the Week

  Cadences are used in formations to motivate and encourage the (in our case) flight. The person who starts the cadence is usually the commander, the commander says a line and the formation repeats it. Here is the cadence of the week. Flight Commanders motivate your flights when you can especially since tomorrow is a PT Day! Just a short cadence. Any cadences you want to share? Air Force Wings Cadence

I don't know what I've been told
but Air Force wings are made of gold

I don't know I've heard it said
Navy wings are made of lead
